Hello, a few questions on some issues I'm having while creating an adaptive family. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
1. Is there a way to create a region (hatch) in an adaptive generic model family.
2.I tried to bring in a symbol family (with a region) into my adaptive generic family and i get the error: "While loading 'PNA_WWT': Can't load generic annotations into families created from the "Pattern Based" template." Is this because I'm trying to add a 2D symbol into a 3D adaptive family?

You can insert a symbol family into a generic model family, then insert the generic model family into an adaptive family. Still, it's a strange and I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish. It will not work nicely when you bring the adaptive family in a project because the adaptive portion will , well, adapt, where as the symbol is static.

So I created a floor setdown using an adaptive component that cuts to the floor. The issue is that the client wanted these cut to be shaded in the plans. I can't find a way to shade the void that I incorporated in the adaptive component that's why integrating a detail item such as filled region might be needed.
