File size breakdown plugin?

Does anyone know of something like Windirstat for Revit? Would love to be able to see exactly what is taking up all the space of a file I am working on. Would prefer a more targeted approach then just a purge unused..

The closest thing I can think of is the Family Size Reporter plugin.
