I have a 2018 Revit file that will open without an audit but will not open when an audit is run on it. All the backup files are corrupt too so I'm not sure how long the file has been corrupt. I have tried going into the journals and try that fix, I've tried everything that I could google on here. Can anyone tell me how to get a clean central file? I don't have any backups to use because they are all corrupt too. How can I send this file to Autodesk and see if they can fix it

Hi @Anonymous
Thanks for posting on the forum.
Which Revit version do you use?
Can you send us your Revit file and journals to troubleshoot further?
Also, what steps did you try?
Looking forward to your reply update.

I found directions online and was able to fix it. I had to create a library so I knew which families were corrupt because it crashes at the corrupt family. Thank you for your offer
