I'm having trouble with the "Family Type" parameter in some families I've created when I load them into a project. I'm using the Family Type parameter to select which nested family I want display when selecting different Type Names in the project. These are loudspeaker families where I have 4 or 5 different sizes of a particular series of loudspeakers, so I select the 6" nested family for the 6", 8" for the 8", and so on. The model of each type just can't be manipulated by simply changing associated dimensions, so Family Type parameter is the only way to do it. The problem is when I load the family into a project, the default value for each type gets reset to the wrong value, i.e., the Family type for the 8" gets changed to the 6" nested family. This appears to happen randomly. Any advice on how to fix this? I've attached a family for review.
