Family rotation axis is offset from origin point

Rotation axis of an inserted family is offset from origins. What might causing this and how to fix?

Inside the family everything looks fine

Edit the Nested Family and change the length of both Model Lines to 1 inch and then reload Family into Parent.

I havent found a model line in the nested family.   Where did you find it?
