I've got this steel frame family that look good in the family browser, when its inserted into the project its nothing like in the family... See attached image and file.
Its partially nested families..... The nested components seem to shorten to the length in the original drawings.
Anyone have any insight on how to get the frame looking correct. Each part of the frame is supposed to be scheduled by length for our projects.

I just dropped it as-is into a blank project - this what I got -
Did you drop it in at the same size, same everything?
I think the pre-existing families in you project environment override the ones from the Steel Frame family. I would get rid the Steel Frame from your project, purge out all of its nested sub-components, and load it in again. Make sure to choose the option (2nd one if you see it) to override parameters in project with the ones form the family and its components.
Thanks everyone for the ideas. I had tried for a little while yesterday afternoon to get it to work but was unsuccessful by the end of the work day which is when I made the post.
Arjay.eco thanks for fixing it! Much appreciated.
