Family Loaded into Project. but not in file directory

I have a Project that was created on a home computer. Now it's on a work computer, and I'd like to save the Families loaded into the Project onto the work computer. I have attached a screenshot of the Project Browser. It shows a subcategory of walls called "Basic Walls," all of which I would like on my work machine in the form of .rfa.

Is there a way to get the families loaded onto the project into my file directory? Are they there and I'm just not finding them? Or do I need to go home and save them on a flash drive? I'm using Revit 2015.

You can transfer them to another project or template. You would need to open both and then use Transfer Project Standards on your manage tab.

hello, in addtion to @barthbradley my compadre suggestion, you can open your file in your work computer and go to file > saveas > library > you can choose three options to save in your folder. thanks

What nobody has explicitly spelled out yet is that Walls, Floors, and several other categories are System families.

What it means to be a System family is that they are created only IN a project and cannot be saved as rfa files. There is no such thing as New>Family>wall.rfa for example. You can't create a wall type, or any System family type, outside of a Project file.

As @chrisplyler pointed, you can't not save/load system families. You could transfer them as @barthbradley said or you could just copy and paste them.

As a long term solution you should transfer/copy them to your template, Then you will have them in any new proyect.
