Family Libraries RevitLT 2023 not loading

I'm reposting from a thread that seemed to yield no solution for me. I just installed RevitLT 2023 yesterday and can't find families.

When I downloaded, installed, and restarted Revit with English content file from the link in prior forum, then all of the below - through File Explorer and through Revit Load Family - happens the same as when I first installed RevitLT.

  1. I reach FamilyRes.dll, and no .rfa files when I look for the files through file explorer: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit LT 2023\en-US
  2. My computer can't find suggested filepath in Explorer: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Libraries\US Imperial
  3. In Revit, when I search under Component --> Mode --> Load families, the folder is empty under the automatic filepath C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit LT 2023\Templates\English-Imperia

So far, Forum and Autodesk answers have not led to a solution.  Please help!

Download from here and install:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit/troubleshooting/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-revit-2...

And you were looking at the wrong folder.  That is the Template folder, contg Library content folder.

You can also get them from here without the need to download all of them.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Hi, @ToanDN,

Thanks for your response. The download link you provided is the same one I installed before.

Also, you mentioned I was looking in the templates folder. But when I try to navigate to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2023\Libraries\US Imperial through Load families in Revit, the Libraries file does not appear.

Yes, looks like Rob's suggestion of Insert --> "Load Autodesk Family" (the one you circled in blue) actually works!

When I click on Insert --> "Load family" (one you circled in red), Imperial Library does not appear in the browser window as yours does.

Thanks for the help.  I was able to fix the Standard Content issue by using the fix posted here.  But I had loaded a lot of content to my Library that I frequently use in my projects plus I had organized my library to function better in my work flow.  That is all gone.  Does any one have a suggestion how to keep this from happening at the next upgrade.
