Family in Linked Revit not showing demolished

Highlighted Wall and Toilet (Plumbing Fixtures) has exactly the same setting:

- they both are created in the same phase, set to demolished in same phase.

- they are in same workset

- no graphic override of any kind to both elements and categories

But that's what I got when I linked the file to another

Capture.JPG

All I want is to show the toilet as demolished (dashed) as the wall does. Any thought?

The boundary line of the toilet may be formed of multiple short segments so the Demolished line style has no effect.  As a test, try a larger scale see what happens.

oh my... never thought about it. It is scale issue indeed.

So I still want to have the view to be my preferred scale, any suggestion on this?

Edit the pooper family and replace multiple short segments with longer lines and curves.
