Family - Import Cad (.skp file) Showing on Ceiling Plan but not on Floor Plan

Hi!

I have a problem in creating a revit family. So I imported this skp file to revit family to create a generic model family. Strange thing is, my model won't show up in floor plan, but it actually show up in 3D View and ceiling plan (see attachment). Any ideas? I use revit 2021. I've checked everything from visibility settings, try changing the detail level, etc. to no avail. It still won't show up in floor plan. What should I do?

Are you sure it is within the Plan View Range?

Can you try export Sketchup to DWG. Then insert the DWG into the Generic Model Family? I'm noticing sketchup insert to family may not cut properly.

I've figured it out! I only need to copy my sketchup to a new file (the old maybe corrupt or something idk), change the model unit in sketchup file to the same unit as my revit file. and foila it works perfectly. thanks @syman2000 @barthbradley
