Family doesn't display correctly in the model

Hello all,

In the attachment you will find a sectional door family with a wicked door. When I import this family in the model I can't see the wicked door.

Any idea?

I found a solution.. I went into the family > Family Types > Create new instance parameter for the visibility: Yes/No. After I selected the wicked door and in the properies> Visible > and I selected the parameter that I created.
