Manage > Object Styles > Imported Objects > Expand Imports in Family > Assign materials to the truck's layers
Is the material show up in realistic or shaded? If it is shaded, then they haven't add material to it. If it shows up in realistic, then they haven't make the graphic match the material. So anything you download from Revitcity require you to clean up before you can use it. Not everything shown in screenshot will appear when loaded into your project.
It is an actual Revit model, I am impressed. You need to assign materials / paint surfaces 3d elements in the family.

Just open the Family, create some colorful Materials, and then paint the Truck with those Materials using the Paint Tool.
You are better off with this family instead

If you want to make a job of it, you could Paint with Instance-Type Material PARAMETERS.
