Don’t have no families and no templates when trying to load them. Or when trying to open a new project. What I am missing?
I am upgrading from Revit 2017 to the new Revit 2020.

same process to revit 2020 , refer to this link. thanks
Thanks anyway but as this link is saying : This article is written from the perspective that the Revit content library have been successfully installed, and you want to add or remove components
If the content is not installed, or if there is no content listed at all on step 5 below, then this article would not apply.
I had nothing at the beginning but now I found and installed all families and templates.
I got it. Thank you. I went there , downloaded and installed . Now, let me ask you. Everytime I ‘m opening a project made in 2017 in the new 2020 is upgrading, I understand that And I am resaving it as 2020. No problem, but there are some families inside those projects that keeps showing that they are upgrading as well but it is everytime I’m opening a project that I already upgrade to 2020. Why is this happening if I already did that?
… hi @Anonymous
… in cases like that you need to go and open those linked parts
… or specific families
… one by one
… then the process will be almost the same as the project
… open the linked part or family
… wait for that to upgrade
… and then save it as a 2020 and finally reload it into the project
… you won’t get those messages again
… if you need you can make a backup of each project/family
… but that is not necessary at all … unless you want to
