Working on this family and I'm realizing I'm having issues with getting some of my parameters to function properly.
Was getting ready to shut down for the night and had this notion that maybe I should be assigning the parameters in edit mode for the extrusion rather than applying the parameter to the created extrusion.
That actually seems to be working (on some level.... jury still out until I get to the bottom of this) but what I don't fully understand is that I can only add certain parameters to certain parts of the extrusion (namely the profile) when I'm in edit extrusion mode. So, I apply those parameters but then I need to get out of the extrusion to apply a width parameter (for the same extrusion).
Am I missing something here? Am I on to something here?
Can someone please get me barking up the right tree? These are some expensive false rafter tails about now (and getting more expensive by the minute)!
