Hi, I am busy trialing Autodesk architecture products to see if it I should switch BIM packages.
I am currently running into some issues that I hope can be resolved.
During the initial install there was an issue during the download stage, I did not pay too much attention to it as I presumed the installed would re-download that particular module.
When I start up revit I get an error in the home screen. (attached image 01)
No issues are caused when I start a new file or one of the sample files.
However If I generate an energy report and want to "optimize" the program starts to open Insight then freezes giving me error 2 (attached)
I have tried
I have however done this from the same install app that I downloaded from the Autodesk web site. I am not sure if that can be a cause?
Please help, I would like to see whats to offer beyond modeling a building
A resolution to this from Autodesk would be appreciated.
I humbly ask the Autodesk moderators to provide a solution that does not include:
1. Uninstalling and Reinstalling as that has already been done.
2. Changing the settings to Conceptual and Building or one of the other settings. This does not work either.
3. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Revit.

If you would like help from the users, you should start another thread and describe the issue that you are having. Since the OP hasn't gotten any responces, you probably should reword the problem as you see it and if you do get a solution you can mark it as such.
