Hi,I've installed Revit 2016 and downloaded insight360 plugin

but it states "Failed to initalize the add in Insight360Interface"

From the screenshot it can be seen that Revit can not find the add-in in the mentioned folder.

So check if that folder exists at all and also look if the Insight360 is located somewhere else.

 

Also looking at the insight360 website I see that the prerequisite is Revit 2016 R2. So make sure that you have all the updated upto at least R2.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
