Extracting the information from multiple projects

Hi,

I am working on multiple projects where I need to extract fixture count and square footage per brand across multiple stores. Each store is saved as a separate project.

For example, Brand X is located in 7 stores- is there a way to combine schedules from all 7 stores to see the sqft and fixture list for each of them in one master schedule?

Thanks for your help.

Mia

Revit API!

Sounds like you need to program a custom Revit plugin :zwinkerndes_Gesicht:

Sounds like you need to look into using Revit DB Link (it ships with Revit, nothing custom which you need to purchase) which basically links your project/projects to a database...See the following help section on what it does.

Link the models in a master file, create schedules and enable Include Elements in Links under Fields tab.
