Exterior Wall Disappears

I have drawn an exterior wall in Revit 2016. Then i drew in windows and grouped them together in sections. I copied those groups around to other parts of the project so that the facade would be consistent with any changes made. However, one portion of the exterior wall seems to "disappear" when looking at it on plan. It shows up in 3D view and in elevation, just not in plan (but the windows still show). The wall reappears if I delete all of the window groups from that wall. I realize that this must have something to do with the way my windows are cutting the wall, but I would like to avoid deleting all of my windows if possible. I have done this previously, but the wall always disappears when I place the windows again.

Let me know if anyone has ever found a fix for this!!

I doubt it has anything to do with the way the windows are cutting the wall. Instead, I betcha the Plan View settings are different from your Elevation and 3D view settings.  Check your view settings.

You might grab the groups in that disappearing wall and ungroup the windows there and see if it becomes visible in plan again. Perhaps this is some kind of group weirdness?

Thanks for all of the input. I finally figured out what the problem was. It was with the window family itself. The void extrusion that cuts the wall for the window was not as deep as the wall in my model. I went into the family and extended the void extrusion and reloaded it into my project. And that worked! So it was a problem with the way the window was cutting the walls, just not a problem with the groups themselves. Pretty weird! But at least we know now :leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:

Thanks again for taking the time to try and help!
