LOVE REVIT! sorry.......I've got a small little casita project I designed in Las Vegas. I have a basic site wall and a moderately detailed model. Nothing exotic like finishes, lighting, etc. I can play the walkthrough I created perfectly within Revit LT itself. But as I go to export via export animation menu, its seems to process all the frames, but as as it completes it freezes. Revit stays frozen until I go through Control Panel and terminate. It creates an .AVI files but the size is zero. The walkthrough is done in hidden line mode - no color. I used 3D Studio back when it first was released (that's right - 1.0) and have experience with NTSC video standards, etc. Is it this walkthrough will take several hours to export? I'm exporting 1200 frames. When I check my system activity, Revit is using minimal.
Thank you.

Hello, Rob.
By the definition of your problem, I would suppose it may be related to lack of memory, or possible, an inadequate or out-of-date graphics card or its driver, since I opened my Revit LT 2017, created a random building, with turns to be able to justify movement in the Walkthrough I made.
1200 frames, just like yours, no lights, and for visibility, glass walls on both sides of the building, enough to let light in, but not the whole building. The Walkthrough worked without a problem. I have attached the walkthrough to this reply, so you can review it.

I appreciate the response. I've got an HP 860-010 Envy with 32 GB of ram. I don't have any issues when rendering frames from 3D Studio. I'll have my IT guy take a look at the hardware.
Thanks again.
