Hi, when I have a print set (Print Range) saved named "Full Set" where I have all my sheets selected to print as PDF.
So when I export to DWG and select that set then deselect some sheets that I don't need to export, then click next... Everything is good, but when I go back to print my set to PDF I found that the set has been saved with the sheets deselected and I never click on save Set when exported to DWG, so in the printing dialog, I have to select the sheets again and resave the set.
So my questions are, is this an intentional behavior? is this how is supposed to work? if yes why? is there any setting to change this behavior? or is this a bug?
Yes, I know I can just save a separate Set for each purpose, but that is not my point here. I would like to use the same set if possible, because is easier for me. And also for the purpose of learning and understanding the program better.
BTW in Revit 2018
Oh, ok, thanks Toan, Then I'll live with this in the mean time, I just hope Autodesk pick up on this, and fix it.
At least I'm aware of it now and I'll make sure I don't miss print any sheet.
Thanks again!
still a bug in 2023. ?? having the same issue. i create a dwg export set, and next time i dont want to do all the same items, i uncheck all, and check only what i want to send that time, and next time, i have to reset all the original settings (ie 17 views or more)
