Exporting Revit to print PDF - it just add on to the old file?

Hi there,

I am running into a problem.. and this has been annoying me for long

When I export my revit project to pdf (for print), it just appended/populated to the end of my old version of exported pdf file instead of creating a new file or replacing that old file.

So that is, every time I publish a work, there is only one pdf file, increasing its page number..

is there a way to resolve this problem?

The images attached show the export setting I have:

thanks in advance,

Andy

Check the Bluebeam setting. This is what I have.

Hi Andy

We came across with a lot of issues using Bluebeam. So i totally understand your frustration with that and other issues. To start Bluebeam it does not auto-configure paper size and orientation completely and it is very slow. Than has a lot of meaningless configuration options that just creates obstacles instead of helping. Its is no surprise because that is developed by a competitor of Autodesk (Nemetschek). I think you will get a much more reliable production of PDFs using the apps that are in the Autodesk App Store. We recommend using the app from the page: https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=6842090281765127625&appLang=en&os=Win64

Which version of bluebeam are you using? Should be in your windows setting>printer and configure your Bluebeam

Hi @luisPDAN6 thank you for your reply.

That add-in driver seems to cost so we would try to resolve the way using Bluebeam for now :leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:

Great to hear. Make sure you mark this as resolved so people who have the same issue will point toward your post.
