Exporting family type name and family name.

Hi devoted Revit users and experts,

I have my family library folder, but now I would like to export them as a list of family names and types at the same time. 
How do you manage your family library and all type names?

It would be much appreciated if you can share your wisdom.

Something like a type catalogue ?

Yes like type catalogue but applying to directly library folder with over 1000 families.

I do not want to open one by one to export type catalogue or place all families into an empty project and run Dynamo to her name of families and types....
