Hey.
could I somehow "force" export to IFC all elements as "fine" although they are defined in the family editor as "Coarse"?

Create a Fine view, VGO the category to Coarse, and open it when export to IFC with these settings.

What? I don't understand. More words, please.
I'm asking if you tried to do the same in the past and didn't find a solution.
and add one more question: is it possible to export the whole model but not a specific view?

look at this...really weird behavior...
one PS is from IFV Viewer and the other from Revit.
maybe because you are using a generic model?
one more thing: on the visibility graphic when Im choosing "coarse" it looks like this and when I'm choosing "fine" i can see only the symbol.
Yes, I can see it on IFC
can you share the Revit model?
what setting did you choose for exporting to IFC?
Nothing special about the Revit file and I deleted it already. I created a new project from 2022 System Template, inserted you family and placed it on a pipe.
