Exporting a 3DPDF from a Revit LT file

I know there are different ways to export a 3D Pdf file from Revit. But I am having a really hard time finding ways I can export a 3d PDF file from Revit LT without a plugin? Is there a file format in export to or a setting I can select tha will allow Revit LT to export a 3DPDF? Please let me know expeditiously.
