Export to PDF With Vector Processing

I'm currently exporting PDF plans where walls are to be completely black. Unfortunately when we export very thin white lines are visible in the pdfs. Note they do not appear with Raster exports, however we want to export the cleaner looking Vector pdfs.  Has anyone come across this before?

Yes, also very noticeable in AutoCAD when solid hatches are used. As a work-around, we use a very densely spaced line pattern instead of a solid.

Thank you, but this solution does not work in Revit. Close patterns just appear to to disappear when PDFED in Revit like below.
