Export to IFC As Dialogue box does not open

Hi,

 

The dialogue box of "Export to IFC As" parameter does not open. I am using 23.1.10.4; 20221122_1550(x64); 2023.1.1.

This started to happen when the latest update was installed, but am unsure if that is the reason. I can't uninstall the update to check, only option would be to reinstall Revit.

Also, fr some reason, i can't open a support request with my enterprise account, where i am an admin..

For me it is available (23.1.10.4).

Few things you can try:

-Which view you have open/active? For example when you have a schedule active it can be greyed out.

-Try to (un)install the IFC add-in and see if that makes a difference.

-Try to uninstall other add-ins and see if that makes a difference.

-Check if it is a particular project or also other projects.

I have checked all of that before, except uninstalling all plugins (uninstalled a few).

So i have tried multiple views, multiple projects, uninstalling and reinstalling IFC add-in, installing the latest stable IFC add-in from GitHub, and uninstalled the only add-in i remember having installed after it was working (DiRoots Steam). 

Anyway, by your pic i'm not sure we are talking about the same. I'm referring to the dialogue that opens by the instance or type parameter "Export to IFC As"

Latest IFC update solved it. Unbelievable..
