Export Site Plan to CAD for Civil Engineers

A while ago, I have posted a question on the correct way to bring survey into Revit model and acquire coordinates; Now I need to export the CAD file for civil engineer's use, I realized that first of all I should use True North for the view before export so they can get the correct orientation and won't need to rotate it.  I thought Revit file has the right coordinate information after acquiring the coordinates, since the spot coordinates acquired is consistent with the one in CAD survey file;  however, when I compare the CAD file I exported and the original survey file,  I noticed there is difference. see below. How can I make sure the exported Cad file has the exact correct coordinate information?  Thanks

True North has nothing to do with it.  The reason for the disparity is that you didn't Specify Coordinates at the Survey Point prior to Linking in a CAD Survey based on GIS Coordinates. Survey Point should read 0,0,0 and CAD Survey should have been Linked in via Shared Coordinates Positioning and ALIGNED.

Reset Shared Coordinates in Revit and delete the "Revit60..." named UCS in the CAD Survey and then Link the CAD Survey in again using this Specify Coordinates Points method above.

The survey sits correctly in the Revit model. The problem is we use inches as unit in Revit,  civil use feet in survey, when bring survey to Revit, Revit can auto detect and do the work for us.   Need to know the correct way to export revit file with survey and make sure it carries the correct information.

Okay, here is the setting needed to be done before exporting the file, so they are in the same unit and coordinates.
