Export Revit model to IFC with materials properties

How can I export Revit model to IFC defining materials properties? I am working in BIM and GIS Integration project, when I export revit to ifc I can not see materials properties of building element though I use FME. So please help me to solve this.

As far as I know, some export to Navisworks then from Navisworks to IFC to maintain the material properties. Give it a try.

That depends on the IFC format and the IFC Exporter you are using, there are 3rd party plug in like Codemill for Navis work which is a good one and IFC 2020 for Revit which is supposed to be an enhanced capabilities compared to the default Revit exporter...

If you mean the properties of material applied to model elements, you can do one of the following in the default Revit IFC Export:

1- export "Revit Property Set" (Marked in Red) that should transfer properties like Thermal/structural properties/density...etc predefined OOTB parameters

2- You can also export schedules as property sets if you have scheduled parameters for certain elements (marked in blue)
