Export Materials/Textures from rvt project 2019 and 2021 to nwc problem

I have a revit 2019 file wich contains only one family imported inside, this family has some custom materials with textures, fabrics, metals and wood. If i open this file with rvt19 and export it to nwc without any specific configuration the result nwc file its correct and retain those materials/textures but if i do the exact same process with revit2021 and the same previous file the result file loses al the references to materiales and textures and i have to re aplly them in navis to visualice correctly.

Is there any diference between exporting the same file with rvt19 and rvt21? I need to export in both revit versions. Thank you

each image you use must put in the path of material of Revit 2021
so the best way for that
create a folder
put in it each external image you use
from option
set the Path (Render path)
