What do you mean by "a single object"?

You can export the curtain wall to SAT, import the SAT in as an in place model, then export to IFC.

Note that Revit will export only one IfcCurtainWall.  It is exported as an aggregate, which is the best representation for a curtain wall because it retains the information of its constituent parts.  As an aggregate,  it contains a number of entities for each of its panels and millions.  Is there a reason you want to lose this information in the IFC export?

In model we recieved from our client, Curtain walls are an assemblies and we export their properties as schedules.

But the assembly schedule doesnt connect to the curtain wall assemblies. So we were looking for and option as to how to export it in one piece so that we can connect the schedules to it.
