Existing elements have black outline

Hi -

I'd like for existing elements to display gray (pattern, cut, projection), and new elements to show black.  My plan views look great (phase graphics working perfectly), but in elevation views, everything, regardless of phase, has a heavy black outline that I can't seem to override or eliminate.

In the attachment, the only two "new construction" elements are the smaller windows.  But as you can see, roof, walls, existing walls, steps all have heavy black outlines.  Also note:  the 'interior' linework of those existing elements does show up gray (siding, window trim & sash lines, etc).

I've modified the Phasing graphic overrides every which way, and played with "show all" vs "show complete" overrides, but nothing seems to work.  It seems to me that there's some sort of visual setting specific to elevation views that's superceding my other settings, and tracing everything.

How can I turn that off?

That did it.  Thank you very much.

My Elevation view template wasn't governing "Model Display", and by checking the box to include that feature, I was able to shut off the silhouette feature.
