Hi,
I've been asked by a colleague to import an Excel file into Revit. Currently the way I have been told to do it is as follows :
Create a PDF of the excel info.
Open it in Photoshop
Crop image to required area
Save as a JPEG
Import JPEG into Revit.
However, I have noticed 2 problems when we do this. Firstly the quality of the JPEG is pretty blocky even though we have set it high. And secondly, weirdly, the actual image on the drawing is mirrored. Saving our layout as a PDF seems to correct this. Very strange.
Is there a better way to achieve what we want? I don't believe we need the spreadsheet to be intelligently linked although if that is easy then I can put it to me colleague for her approval.
Thanks.
