Hi All,
We are facing a peculiar issue with Windows 11 and Revit 2019.2.
Upon using Revit eTransmit to package all our models, we have noticed across multiple computers that the Windows clock abruptly freezes and no longer works. Quite frustrating.
We used eTransmit at 5.28pm and then uploaded onto BIM 360, with the resulting timestamp being 5.55pm on 360. However the Windows clock at the bottom right corner remains stuck at 5.28pm! Has anyone faced this issue before? Screenshot attached.
Thanks!
Raymond

I would report this to Autodesk directly.

Thanks, we have contacted Autodesk directly. Hope to have a response from them soon.
Just an update to this issue - Autodesk helped check what was causing this and it is most likely related to the Windows 11 taskbar and not the clock itself. By going into the clock settings under Time & Language | Date & Time, we could see that the time was normal.
To overcome the stuck taskbar issue, we had to restart the File Explorer process in the Task Manager. Then the clock displays fine.
Hi @RaymondLoo,
Thank you for provding the workaround, please update if you have any other findings later for other user's reference when using Windows 11 , appreciate your concern.

Just contributing.
Certainly this is not an uncommon issue, google search finds many of the same issue across the board, and the answer is always "task manger, restart explorer"
While Autodesk may say "not my problem"... etransmit sure looks like a culprit in my testing. Happened 2x this morning, 3 times over the weekend all using etransmit to upgrade files.
Not saying Adsk is the cause, but possibly an inflammation to an existing wound. AND... if there is something about etransmit that is triggering an existing base windows issue (likely), it would be good to know if that is fixable.
I will post my findings here as I go thanks
