How do I fix the error in the 3D perspective drawing when I export to pdf? For example, the floor is ghosting some objects beyond. The ceiling is wrong too. There also seems to be some sort of shading on the walls.

In order to help you with this, could you specify which version of Revit are you using and whether it's fully up to date? Also, could you post here the Print Setup settings you are using?
That said, you could try a different PDF printer, e.g. if using Bluebeam PDF to print, try Adobe PDF and see if the same result occurs.
