note down those three shared parameters..

ex : nominal height

height etc...

1.If you don''t require those parameters in the family, then delete/remove from the family.

2. to use Shared parameter and edit them you need "Shared Parameter "notepad file..

If you dont have access to shared parameter notepad file, then you may not be able to make

any significant changes in the family .. you may create new similar parameter ( type or instance )

removing parameter which are using "shared parameters

3. If you have access to shared parameter notepad file then you can create or delete

parameters from "shared parameters "and just create new ones with new name so that theres no conflict

when they get loaded in the project.

Hope that helps..

You definitely have conflicts that you need to reconcile at the source -- which is what I would strongly advise. I suspect the root cause stems from Manufacturer content. But, try this approach an see if it works (save you file first to create a new backup): Load those families into a new blank Project,  and then Copy them to the Clipboard and try Pasting them into your current project.  Let us know your results.
