I am currently using the Navisworks Exporter in the add-ins tab.
The main problem is that I come across the error message looks like below every time, and I do not know why it appears and bothers me consistently. I went through other threads, and it told me to change the print settings and paper settings. However, it doesn`t work at all.
Is there any method for resolving this issue?

I finally solved this problem. I do not know it is the actual solution for this, but it was due to the print setting in linked files. I opened the every linked file and delete all page settings, and it works.

but, changing the windows default printer or the linked file print settings seems to bypass the issue.
I agree. It seems that the change of printer setting is not a perfect solution.
I thought that I wouldn`t see the same error message after the change of printer setting, but it has popped up from time to time.
