After i have made my context in revit 2021 with toposurface and subregion I discovered that the model was in a wrong scale, so I have to scale the model. It was not possible to scale the toposurface so i change the scale in autocad and imported the new file, and create a new toposurface. After that i copy the subregion from the toposurface in the wrong scale to the model in correct scale, and after that i want to scale it, but i can't. When i scale the subregion it says: error-cannot be ignored: Constraints defined by highlighted Lines and Dimension can't be satisfied.
Is there anyone that can help me?
You changed scale in Autocad? How? Are you talking scale or unit?
Technically speaking you are not supposed to scale it in Autocad especially if it is a legit Survey plan! When you import or link a DWG you can simply change the Import units (or edit type and give it the scale factor required if you didn't get the import units right)...
As for what those constraints are, I do not like guessing and trivia games so you will need to attach the model for a closer look.

My model is not in the correct size and i want the model to be bigger, by using the scale command. Did you know how to make the toposurface and subregion bigger in revit 2021?
Check what unit is used in AutoCAD ... M/MM/CM/feet/inch then when you import use the right import units or give it a custom factor
If you want to scale it >>> After you Link or Import >>> select it >> Edit Type and Enter a scaling factor
Then you create the new Toposurface from the new CAD

I have aldready created a new toposurface from a new DWG surface in the right units and scale.
And when i move the created subregions from the old toposurface to the new toposurface and will scale the subregion it says: error-cannot be ignored: Constraints defined by highlighted Lines and Dimension can't be satisfied. What can i do about that?
Like this?
If prompted for constrains ... remove them...or post an image of the error you are getting

Yes, i have done the same as in the video and you can see the error in the picture
Select sub region >> use the tool move >>
Should work...if it doesn't..Edit the Sub-region and move the purple sketch lines

When I move the element, like you say there is a warning that says: Line in Sketch is slightly off axis and may cause inaccuracies, and then I make the element bigger with the scale factor the same error came up. Can I send you the file and you can check it out? I have tried both of your suggestions and non of them work.

The file is 283 MB so I have discovered that it is too big to upload in here
