Error: "An unknown error occurred while accessing ...\Templates\UK\DefaultGBRENU

I've just downloaded Revit 2020, with a free student licence. When I open the software and try to create a new architectural project (which is the only option) I get the following error message:

"An unknown error occurred while accessing C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT2020\Templates\UK\DefaultGBRENU.rte."

When I press ok, all functions are greyed out.

depending on what build of 2020 you need to download the correct one
