I am facing an issue while working with Revit Collaborate and hope to get some help from the experts here. During my work on a project, I encounter an error message stating that the file cannot be opened.
Additional details:
- Revit version: 2021
- Operating System: [ Windows 10], to my colleague [Windows 11]
- Project type: centralized project
- I also have the 2022 version Revit
So far, I have tried the following solutions:
- Checking my internet connection.
- Restarting Revit and my computer.
- Ensuring that I have the necessary permissions.
However, the issue persists. I would appreciate any advice or solutions that could help me resolve this problem. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!
