Error mirroring family in project with shared nested line-based family(s)

Hi, part of this might be a weird question, but I'm also looking for suggestions on how to solve this if possible. I'm running into an issue when I try to mirror a family in a project that has nested line based families that are shared. I've attached a sample family below. Every time I mirror the family, I get the error message below.

In the family, I have three shared families, one line based, one generic face based, and another not faced based. You can see from the error that its only the line based one that causes the error. If I click Delete Element(s), the family mirrors fine with no elements actually deleted. Confirmed by the picture below (Hard to tell from how I quickly made the family, but the one on the right is mirrored an clearly has all three families).

This kind of error isn't exactly new to me, but how it's presented is. I've been using families for months that have shared line based families, and been able to mirror them just fine. Though, the error message always came up in a yellow box in the lower right of your screen, and you could completely ignore it without interacting with it. It would just disappear when you hit escape or activate the next command. I also tested like above to make sure the error was ignorable, and we never had any issues.

The weird question is, has something changed recently with how this error is presented? I don't have access to test right now, but we did just update from Revit 2020 to 2022, but that was a couple of months ago, and it would be surprising if we never tried to mirror one of the families in those few months. The other question is, does anyone know how to prevent this error?

Now that the error requires user interactions, its a little more (if you will) "scary", and even if its totally ignorable, its still annoying to have to click to get rid of as it happens multiple times per job.

Thanks for any and all help!

I'm sure its part of the issue, but I would think this would also affect the face based family. Currently, its only the line based family that causes the error.

I tried the solution described in the blog, and I don't get an error when using the flip control button.
