I am an architect using Archicad v20. I have been trying to save an IFC file so that my engineer can use it for design. The Demo Phase simply disappears when he selects it. Can anyone help?
I am trying to get an idea from the revit community if anyone has had this issue and has solved it. So, yes. I am also trying the graphisoft forum as well. But I wonder whether the issue is a user error / setting issue within Revit itself.
Demo is in Archicad. You can also set up the Existing Phase to show Demo elements in Revit.
Hi @Anonymous

Which version of Revit are you working on? Can you check if you have the latest updates installed for your Revit version?

Phase Mapping is based on the first and last phase in the template being used to open the IFC. Are there only 2 phases in the rte?
Yes there are only 2 phases in the original file. I appreciate your response. Are you saying that you can't change the phases after the fact? That the template NEEDS to be set up BEFORE you open the file?
