I have both Revit 2017 and Insight 360 downloaded on my computer. I had quite a few problems with the installation of Revit (not sure if this related to the error?) but it appears as if it's completely up and running now. I've completed the building of my model and I now wish to 'generate insight' but every time I click the icon it comes up with 1 of 2 errors.
The first error to have shown (above) and the second error to show after trying to generate insight again (below).
I have tried everything from uninstalling Revit completely, turning off all the firewalls to even installing it on 2 other computers (1 a Microsoft computer and the other a MacBook pro running windows in a virtual machine). Every time I attempt to run this, they all come up with this same error. I have generated insight before using another computer which I no longer have access to, this leads me to believe it's not a problem with my account. Does anybody have any idea how to resolve this?
