Error - cannot be ignored -- 1 Error , 1 Warning

Good day, 

I'm a Revit 2023 LT used and recently being getting following error message when trying to load a family.

Need the file to troubleshoot. The error message is only saying that there is a problem associated with a family; not how to  correct that problem.
