Trying to get the curtain wall has equal width from center to center of the mullion, but whenever I click EQ, the red center lines will go to the most outside and the dimensions of the side panels go to the edge instead of the center of the mullion. But of course, there are no hidden center lines on the border frame, that is why I had to draw lines there, even if I pinned the red center lines, it didn't help.
Edit Curtain wall type and tick the box Adjust for Mullion size under vertical grid and horizontal grid.
It didn't help. Revit just moves the center line, one to the edges, the other to the middle of the panel.
Since the center lines are manually added, is there a way to move the grid line of the frame from edge to its center? Actually, I don't see grid line in frames, only the mullion between frames
I use this line base detail item to set my spacing. set the instance parameter for mullion width and how many mullions I want and then I can align my mullions to the lines created.
Here is a 2023 version.
