enrolmentStart and enrolmentEnd invalidity problem

Hello 

 

I'm trying to get the free Revit product which is free for the students 

I have enrolled  to the university on 1st September 2015 and suppose to complete my study in four years which should be almost in June 2019

 

i have tried to insert the correct dates as per above and many other dates but the same problem each time!! that these dates are not Valid !!!!!

 

Please help !!!!!!

You need to use a different web browser ... try with Mozilla firefox of Safari.

Is this how Autodesk solving the problems !!!!

it has nothing to do with Autodesk it has to do with your browser settings...So you either address the developers of the web browser you are using or try to fix/optomize its settings as needed to be able to register. I have no issues here with any browser!

 

So you can either keep on being disappointed and live with it without an educational license or accept the solution and get the free license

 

It's your call

You just Google it and you will find that not only me how facing this problem .... 
I believe you are representing Autodesk here ..... and you should be more professional in you responses.

  1. You are again mistaken...No I do not represent anyone but my own self
  2. You can either go on ranting and complaining or get on to it and solve your issue as proposed

Before you give people lectures on professionalism learn some manners and have some curtesy to say thank you when someone tries to help you

I did as per your advice.
And the problem solved when I used Internet Explorer.
However, I wish this problem will reach the Autodesk representatives to take serious actions to solve it.
