Just Zoom in on the House in the View.
Let me know if above helped or did I misunderstood you?

Thank's so much!
Hello
Try to use two different Views on the sheet.. ( overlapping two different views on same sheet )
1. for Background ( this can be a plan, callout, drafting view with the JPG you need )
2. 3D view..
adjust both views as per your requirement..
Cheers.
@Corsten.Au how can I to overlap two figure?
IO can do if I render the house.
With a unreal view I don't know how can do.
Thank's
You're using a 3D view for this. Rather use the camera to create a perspective view. You then have the option to use the Field of view setting.
Look at the background picture in your image. Estimate where the photo is taken from and place your camera there. You can then start adjusting the FOV or scale so that your image starts to look correct. You cannot use a normal 3D view for this. Also look at the shadows in the image to estimate the time of day. Set this in so that your view starts to look more realistic.
