Energy simulation requires internet access

I have a stable internet access and I am connected to the internet. I also checked posts on autodesk people suffering from the same problem and I tried the solutions mentioned but nothing worked for me. I also changed the computer and connected internet cable but the same problem 

Any suggestions?

Sounds like a firewall.  Have you tried disabling? 

You might also list what you tried already, as well as the Version of Revit you are using.

I disabled the firewall and the antivirus and I restart the program but nothing changed .. I am using Revit 2017 (educational account).. 
I tried to 

• Close all Autodesk Applications
• Clear user cache & history, in your browser 
• Check LAN Settings
• I tried even to reduce the details in the file and convert it to conceptual model
• I reduced the analytical space resolution/ analytical surface resolution
• I removed the detailed elements in the material thermal properties
• Under C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADUT, delete the ProdInd_UserInd.cur file

Wow! You ran the gamut here.  The only thing you missed was to confirm if your Internet Access is working.
