I have a stable internet access and I am connected to the internet. I also checked posts on autodesk people suffering from the same problem and I tried the solutions mentioned but nothing worked for me. I also changed the computer and connected internet cable but the same problem

Sounds like a firewall. Have you tried disabling?
You might also list what you tried already, as well as the Version of Revit you are using.
I disabled the firewall and the antivirus and I restart the program but nothing changed .. I am using Revit 2017 (educational account)..
