Hi !
I ran an energy analysis on my revit model, but it didn't work. Eventually, a message appears saying the analyse could not be ran (see image), giving a network problem as an excuse wheareas I don't have any. Of course, I launched the analysis several times, but it always went wrong. Does someone know how to fix this ? Thanks by advance.

I can't read the message because it is not in English, but from what your saying it sounds like a connection problem. Are you sure your logged in? Or maybe your firewall is the culprit?
No, I'm sure it's not, although Autodesk says so. Actually, my model is composed of 4 submodels. When I launched an energy analysis for one model, it worked (taking a bit of time though). But when I link all those models with each other, it doesn't work anymore. Never heard of such a problem ?

@Anonymous: can you post the English translation of your Error message please?

Please check you are connected to the internet. Il the analyse fails again, please contact the assistance service for autodesk members by means of the accounts center."
