Can someone give me a hint what is that? Is it hidden geomtery or what? 

I checked several times and haven't found any hidden lines my family file.

Yes, but I deleted imported elements.

It seems a CAD file in the 3d view

No this is a sketch based on DWG file. Do you suppose this ENDPOINT is a part of DWG?

Can you share the family to check? The 3d model is  a DWG file?

File in attached. I have simplified the geometry, but those lines still on its places.

That is a ref plane.  If you don't want to snap to it in project, set it to Not a reference.

Try to insert the family in a new project because it worked well for me
