Empty (?) Material Tags after re-opening file

Hey

When I re-open a file all my material tags just show the '?'. The material values come back when I just select the tag. I'm using 2017.2 and even when I opened the file in 2018.3 the issue was still there.

I've read a few posts around the web dating back to 2014, and it seems like an ongoing issue. I am just wondering is there a new fox on the more up to date Revit packages (2018 or 2019)?

Did you use the Material Keynote tag or the simple material tag?

It is a simple Material Tag. It seems like a glitch. Past versions have also experienced it as I read from other forums.
